Chiefs Sign RB Thomas Jones
Thomas Jones, formerly of the Jets, has signed a 2-year deal with the Chiefs worth $5 million. Jones is now 31, but he contributed nicely last season and averaged 4.2 yards per carry. Jamaal Charles should get the bulk of the carries, but look for Jones to get goal-line touches and 8-10 carries per game.
